Periodic health care at NAVIFICO

On 30/12/2011, Nam Viet Joint Stock Company organized the periodic medical tests andoccupational diseases for all staffs of the company. The specialist doctors were from thehospital of Labor, Health and Environment Center with modern and specializedequipments.      

Contents included: general medical tests (ears, eyes, nose, throat, teeth, dermatosisetc.), ultrasound, ECG, X-ray. The direct production workers also had further testing ofrespiratory and auditory functions.

After the medical tests, the doctors coordinated with the company’s health department toestablish plan and treatment regimen. All staffs had their health records, according to theresults of medical tests, staffs were monitored continuously. People who suffered fromdisease then received doctor’s advices and treatments.

Besides the periodic health care, staffs also have their Health Insurances. Navifico is very interested in environment in production. Daily cleaning for each area in the companyaims to contribute beautiful scenery and protect worker’s health.
