The QA – QC assignment in NAVIFICO is grown into a system making sure that our products always satisfy and come beyond customer’s requirements. The quality is not a vague one in general, but a concrete quality: every product must meet all standards, customer and market need.
Two key principles characterize QA:
- the product should be suitable for the intended purpose ( fit for purpose )
- mistakes should be eliminated ( right first time )
The process includes regulations of:
- the input materials
- the production line ( machines, equipment, conveyor belt…..)
- the output
- the services related to manufacturing process ( dust collector, lighting system, compressor,…..)
- the production management
- the inspection process
QA – QC activities concentrate on important factors as follows:
- defining customer requirements
- determining specifications to conform these requirements
- making shop-drawings, technical details and other relevant documents in conformance
- introducing these documents throughout the manufacturing process: planning department, workshops, inspection department, …
- carrying out inspections and tests on products including all components and materials
- dealing satisfactorily with any complaints received from customers in a tiemely manner
- reviewing designs based on feedback from the customer
- recording consistent data and honest assessment
- managing the process, product change and notification

The QA – QC process in Navifico not only focusses on controlling the input, output production stages, but also combines with other activities, other systems related ( dust collection, compressor, fire – fighting,…) in a suitable way to stabilize the manufacturing process and avoid any defects.
